Welcome to Topley Head Farm Cottages
The Topley Head Farm cottages are on Topley Head Farm, which is near Taddington on the A6 between Bakewell and Buxton. We have three self-catering cottages here, Deep Dale Cottage itself, Meadow Cottage and The Hayloft, all superbly furnished and rated Four Stars by the English Tourism Council.
The cottages are all located on our working beef and sheep farm. We're passionate about our farm and manage the land to promote the native wildlife
as well as our livestock. We have wild orchids growing and the field margins are a haven for wildlife.
There are some excellent walks right on our doorstep, including the secretive Deep Dale and the classic Chee Dale.
There are other attraction nearby too, the Spa town of Buxton with it's famous Opera House, the market town of Bakewell and the beauty of Chatwsorth and Haddon Hall.
